GOAL OF THE PROJECT  RESTRUCTURING AND MARKET REPOSITIONING OF HOTEL AS A MODERN SPECIALIZING IN HEALTH TOURISM
PROJECT DESCRIPTION THE RESTRUCTURING AND MARKET REPOSITIONING OF THE HOTEL ENTAILS; SPECIALIZATION IN A MODERN HEALTH TOURISM PRODUCTS (ACTIVE HOLIDAYS; SPECIALIZED MEETINGS/SEMINARS; SPECIAL PRODUCTS); ATTAINMENT OF AN INTERNATIONAL FOUR STAR QUALITY STANDARD; SECURING LEADING HOTEL STATUS; WITHIN THE HOTEL ZONE WHERE IT IS LOCATED

THE PROJECT WOULD INVOLVE:

RESTRUCTURING THE HOTELS SOUTH; SEA FACING SIDE BY ADDING A MODERN THALASSOTHERAPY CENTER WHICH WOULD BE CONNECTED TO ADDITIONAL THALASSOTHERAPY FACILITIES; LOCATED IN A TURN OF THE CENTURY VILLA APPROXIMATELY 20 METERS FROM THE HOTEL

CONSTRUCTION OF A THALASSOTHERAPY CENTER WITH ALL THE ACCOMPANYING FITNESS AND BEAUTY FACILITIES; COVERING APPROXIMATELY A TOTAL OF 1.500 TO 2.000 SQUARE METERS

RENOVATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC AREAS AND BACK OF THE HOUSE FACILITIES ( LOBBY; RESTAURANT; KITCHEN) IN A MANNER COMPLEMENTARY TO THE HOTELS NEW MARKET POSITIONING

RENOVATION OF AN ADDITIONAL 100 ROOMS; INSTALLATION OF AIR-CONDITIONING IN ALL THE ROOMS AS WELL AS IN ALL THE PUBLIC AREAS

DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS TO DATE IN THE TIME OF LAST RENOVATION 1996/97, 5 MILLION EURO INVESTED; INVOLVED REFURBISHING OF LOBBY; RESTAURANT AND HALF OF THE ROOMS 
DESCRIPTION OF EXPECTED FINANCING FROM FOREIGN INVESTOR FOREIGN PARTNER STAKE IN HOTEL EQUITY UP TO 50 % OF THE HOTEL VALUE

POSSIBLE FOR FOREIGN PARTNER TO TAKE OVER MANAGEMENT OF THE HOTEL

LONG TERM LEASE OF PART OF THE HOTEL PREMISES AND CONSTRUCTION OF THALASSOTHERAPY CENTER BY FOREIGN PARTNER ALONE; OR POSSIBILITIES OF FORMING A JOINT COMPANY
