(CLIMATE; AIR AND SEA WATER QUALITY; VEGETATION); EXCELLENT MICRO LOCATION OF ALL THE LODGING FACILITIES (PROTECT NATURAL AREA; SEASIDE LOCATION; PINE FOREST); AS WELL AS THE PROXIMITY AND EASY ACCESS TO THE CENTER OF THE TOWN

TEARING DOWN OF THE EXISTING HOTEL; WHICH NO LONGER MEETS THE STANDARDS OF THE MODERN TOURISM MARKET

CONSTRUCTION OF NEW 150 ROOM HOTEL OF A FOUR STAR QUALITY STANDARD; EQUIPPED FOR YEAR ROUND OPERATION;

POSITIONING OF THE NEW HOTEL AS WELLNESS AND ACTIVE HOLIDAY SPECIALIST; FURTHER OFFERING ADDITIONAL COMPLEMENTARY TOURISM PRODUCTS AND FORMING AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE HEALTH TOURISM ORIENTED CIKAT HOTEL ZONE WHICH ALSO INCLUDES HOTEL BELLEVUE AND THALASSOTHERAPY CENTER 

DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS TO DATE LAND, EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE AND PLANNING DOCUMENTATION

A CONCEPTUAL PROJECT AND PRE FEASIBILITY STUDY HAVE BEEN COMPLETED
